Houses 3 and 4 - Built on the site of the original farm
Houses 3 and 4 are build on the site of the original
farm house at Tory Bush Cottages, indeed to a large extend they
resemble the shape of this two storey farmhouse with out-buildings
attached.
They are are painted green with green doors and windows, situated
immediately ahead as you drive into the site and it is possible
to drive right up to the front door of each and park at least two
cars.
These houses are more individual in design than
the other houses on the site and are best described separately.
House 3 is the house which sleeps the most persons
at Tory Bush, it has 4 bedrooms, 3 twin rooms and a single room,
consequently sleeping a maximum of 7 persons. All the twin beds
can be used as a a pair of single beds or zipped together to form
a double. One bedroom is on the ground floor and has an en-suite
shower-room with a step up shower tray, upstairs the remaining two
twin rooms have a wash hand-basin in each and the single bedroom
does not have a a wash hand-basin. There is a bathroom on the upstairs
landing with a toilet and hand-basin.
Downstairs there is a traditional sitting room
with an open fire and a patio door opening out on to a patio with
a picnic bench. There is a large open grassed garden in front of
house 3 separated from the open garden of house 4 by a small Berberis
hedge.

House 4
House 4 sleeps five persons maximum with a twin/double
room on the ground floor which has a en-suite shower-room. Upstairs
there is a second twin/double room and a single room, both having
wash hand-basins, there is also a small bath-room on the upstairs
landing.
Downstairs there is a large sitting room with an
open fire and chimney breast rising up to the vaulted ceiling. Of
f the living room to the right of the fireplace is a small kitchen
with fridge-freezer washing machine, dishwasher electric oven and
gas hob. There is a patio door at the side of the living room leading
out to a patio with a picnic bench and a large open garden separated
from the garden of house 3 by a small Berberis hedge.
